The hotel nice for relaxing and service good in future I go back again

Service impeccable, surtout avec le serveur Abderrazak qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Il s’est montré très attentif à nos besoins tout au long du repas. L’ambiance était agréable, le personnel souriant et les plats délicieux. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

The view was wonderful and the service so clean and professional with Abderrazzak, he was nice and respectful. The prices are good compared to the view on the beach with private pool. The place is quiet and calm In all it was amazing to visit this place in April 2025

Went to grab some food with my wife and was very happy with everything, food was amazing, the pool and view too. Our waiter Aissim was very nice and accommodating to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend visiting if your in the area

The view is absolutely stunning and the staff are friendly. However we felt a little let down on what was advertised. Upon arrival we learnt the heated indoor pool was off and the indoor spa was cordoned off unless you request to use it. There is no steam room. Additionally we felt the food options on offer were lacking, the “sky view” restaurant was also closed and the downstairs restaurant seemed to have had a reduced menu based on what is advertised on the website. The rooms were okay but we were expecting a bit more from a 4 star hotel, we found stains in our initial room, they did move us to a cleaner second room however. Furthermore the second room didn’t have any bed side lights and the hanger where you expect to put your towels fell out of the wall completely. It can get a little noisy at night, they have these beautiful peacocks but they do love to be heard in the evenings and early hours of the morning. But the beds were really comfy in fairness, and the A/C and sea view was stunning. It was frustrating that you had to pay for food or anything in the hotel in cash. Again not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel, that meant paying for any items immediately when you order room service. We believe if they had managed expectations from the beginning and communicated to us the closed areas of the hotel it would have been far better. We really wanted a place to come to and switch off with all needs being catered for but with the lack of facilities, the issues with our rooms and the lack of clarity from the start we felt it missed the mark.
