One of the top properties to stay at during a business trip to South Mumbai. Ideally located for easy commuting, with ample parking space. Recently renovated, featuring courteous and professional staff from reception to restaurant. The breakfast is also excellent. Book in advance as it’s always fully occupied.

I checked in on 28th April 2025 and checked out on 29th April 2025, and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The attitude of the person at the reception was absolutely unprofessional — it felt like they believed they had all the corporate bookings in the world and didn’t need to extend basic courtesy to individual guests. There was no warm welcome, no effort to assist, and certainly no hospitality. I paid ₹17,000 for a single night, and in return, there was no one to help with luggage, no valet parking, and a breakfast that was bland, cold, and poorly presented. It felt like they were just ticking boxes without actually caring about guest experience. The hotel interiors looked old and untouched — as if no renovation or maintenance had ever been done since the property first opened. Everything felt outdated and neglected. For the price charged, this place delivers nothing in terms of service, comfort, or care. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.

Very comfortable stay. Serene atmosphere overall. Highly coveted place as a choice to stay near Church Gate, Mumbai. Morning breakfast was also well crafted and a neat spread. The staff is friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the rooms are a visual treat, and the stay has been fulfilling.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, and the service was prompt. The location is also convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Food is very decent,neat and good no of options .Good taste .good and clean rooms and decent staff with humble service.Clean bathrooms and comfortable. 2 days stay was comfortable and near to marine drive. Preferable to stay at the hotel in Mumbai.
