We stayed here for one night, because the hotel offered transfer shuttle bus to the airport. It is available every full hour (should still be at the lobby 10 minutes earlier than scheduled). Breakfast was good and varied, even if the vegetarian options are a bit limited. The view is less than simpressive if you don't book a room explicitly stating pool-/ riverview.

This is a resort, and the overall environment is pretty good, and the rooms are relatively clean. The only downside is its remote location, making it suitable as a stopover for catching a flight. There are no amenities nearby, so you're stuck eating at the hotel. The restaurant food, frankly, is both expensive and unappetizing. I did get a spa treatment, which was quite good; both the service and technique were excellent. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so. However, I must commend the shuttle driver – they drove through water in the early morning and got me to the airport on time. Very nice indeed!

Pretty good, and the service was excellent. The 24-hour restaurant is fantastic; you can even order food to your room. The food was quite clean and tasty, though the wait time was a bit long. The pool area is also nice and includes a gym, which seems to meet most needs. I haven't had a chance to try the massage yet.

Very cozy hotel but unfortunately every time I come here it’s becoming worse and worse Very quiet at nights even tho it’s airport hotel and people move all the time If you take the most basic room (everything is half fixed) Can’t compare better room which I took before and basic single room for these 3 nights Had my shower with water running cold and hot and changing every 2 seconds So I didn’t l ow what to expect hot or cold water …. But area is so beautiful which gives an extra star to this place

We requested a change of room since the aircon in our room did not work well, and the staff, without any hesitation, helped us with the change - which we really appreciate, it's a much better room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the staffs are friendly and we enjoyed the good service they provided. Their 24hr restaurant also serves really good Thai food, very convenient since there were no Thai restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel environment is nice, and it's very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle service. We arrived at the airport at 9 PM, found the staff, and the shuttle picked us up promptly at 9:45 PM. The ride to the hotel took about 15-20 minutes. Although the direct distance is short, it took a bit longer due to the winding roads in Thailand. Check-in was quick, and the hotel breakfast was plentiful. After a good meal, we took a stroll around the hotel before heading to the airport for our flight. If you have enough time, the hotel also has a swimming pool and gym that you can enjoy before going to the airport.

The service was great, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the pool is great. Overall great atmosphere. Could however have a more diverse menu in both restaurants. We stayed for a week and after three days the selections gets a bit boring.

Not quite what I expected but it turned out ok. It’s an actual resort covering a huge area, too far to leave and go wandering by foot. So I felt a bit captive. The shuttle service works well, I think it leaves every hour and takes 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Easy to find their stand when you arrive at the airport. They have good restaurants but much more expensive. I must say the breakfast buffet was huge and excellent. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. I didn’t hear the planes.
