Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan

had a lovely family trip at Grand Lagoi! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, and comfortable - we even got to stay in the same room number we loved from our last visit, which felt like coming home The pool area is beautiful, and the whole resort feels peaceful and green. It's also very convenient - just a short walk to Plaza Lagoi for shops, money changer, and restaurants. Perfect for families with kids. Thank you Grand Lagoi — exactly what we needed to recharge. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so pleasant. We look forward to returning for the fourth stay

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Lagoi very much, we are a family of 4 and my little ones enjoyed the pool and proximity to Lagoi beach a lot! Being able to walk to Grand Lagoi Plaza, Waroeng Cek Bakar & Warung Yeah was convenient for us to get daily essentials and meals. We booked the family suite and it was a very comfortable stay. Over the weekend when the roadside stalls opened, the food was fantastic too. Its location is unrivalled, even the commutes to WOW activity Bintan where we enjoyed the boat rides and ATV adventure was a short one (less than 7mins by car). The hotel staff were very hospitable and provided useful tips when helping us with arranging transport to Blue Lake too. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was really amazing, there was an amazing service put up by the crew. Only complain is that the shuttle service can be a long wait… so do buffer some time! the cleanliness of this hotel isn’t the best but good enough for a short stay!! they also only provide 2 in 1 body wash and shampoo so do bring your own! overall convenience is amazing

Second time with Grand Lagoi. Great location near lagoi bay beach. There’s shops in close proximity to the hotel. Hotel has decent breakfast buffet. The warung yeah cafe near the hotel has really fragrant Ayam Bakar. Staff are super friendly and hospitable. Offers free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal. There is a massage place right beside the hotel for a quick relaxation after you reach Grand Lagoi.

The hotel was clean and nice and comfortable. Walking distance to the small shopping mall, should said few steps. Hotel staffs polite.

My second time visiting beautiful Bintan Island, and I chose the Grand Lagoi Hotel once again. Its location right at Lagoi Bay gives you seamless access to a gorgeous beach. I also highly recommend the food and vibe at Warung Yeah! nearby. My only critique is that fresh fruit is very hard to find here. It would be a huge improvement if Plaza Lagoi could bring a mini-market or supermarket into the area.

We enjoyed the 2 nights hotel stay and the hotel has kindly provided disabled access room and extra plastic chair in the bathroom for my elderly parents. Really appreciate that kind gesture.
