Hotel was tranquil and many restaurants and massage parlors nearby. We had a beach right by the hotel and ca ln do simple snorkeling. Unfortunately, we had a bath tub that water cannot be drained, remote control that ran o it of battery. It was resolved quickly. Hotel did upgrade us to suite which had 2 room cleanups a day so that was appreciated.

The hotel is perfect, there's nothing negative to say. The rooms are clean, airy, spacious; the pool is ideal for cooling off. The breakfast is varied, service is perfect. Throughout our stay, there was constant attention and care. Warm and sincere. They don't overdo it. Many thanks to Mr. Angga at check-in, Ms. Sunsak at the restaurant, and Hendra for evening housekeeping. The beach bar is wonderful, prices are not exaggerated. The fire dance dinner is definitely recommended. The beach walk, Icon Bali is only 10-15 minutes away; on the other side, there are small warung restaurants and little shops. We definitely recommend it. With our 80-year-old mother, we had a very comfortable holiday.

The room we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The hotel is right next to a coastal bike path, and it's not too far to walk to Icon Bali. There was a great variety of breakfast options, and the food tasted good. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only downsides were the limited number of hotel bicycles, so we couldn't borrow one, and the hairdryer in the room wasn't very good.

The location is good. Right next to the beach walk to the ICON Bali and all the food stalls and restaurants. Sanur is a good place to stay with some good restaurants around, many with live music performances. Only thing is it's a vot far to most of the Bali attractions except the Penida Islands.

Had an enjoyable time at the resort during my stay. The room was clean, spacious and luxurious. Location was good with easy access to the beach on one end and the main road and eating places, shops etc on the other. Can’t wait to go back!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was pretty good. Opening the window, all I could see was lush greenery, and there were pools right downstairs. Plus, it's within walking distance to the beach. Overall, it was a good stay, but the value for money wasn't great.

We had a lagoon suite and everything was perfect. The cleaning everyday with plenty of water provided was fantastic. The turndown service was a nice welcome back after dinner. The butler service which was communicated through WhatsApp was amazing. Anytime I messaged the butler service, they returned my message within minutes and provided great recommendations on my request. Everybody worked well as a team, from the front desk to housekeeping to in room dining. Everytime I walked by a member of the staff, they would always have a nice greeting. A special thank you to Rendi for making sure we were taken care of every second of our stay. Thank you Rendi!
