隔音效果不好，房門開關也難開，冷氣設備難怪很多人説不夠冷
地點非常好，去地鐵站和景點全部都很近方便
性價比也算中價格了一分價錢一分貨，沒得和五星酒店比較
衞生可以接受，衹是地上應該是太久沒有吸了，光腳走會覺得會癢

Overall it was a food experience staying at this hotel. Juat hoping the price i paid including breakfast. Parking is limited but managed to get easily for 2 days stay. So thank you. Definitely recommended and will come again in the future. ☺️☺️☺️☺️

The hotel has a very good location and is near the KL central, as well as next to a lot of Mega malls where we can go shopping. The breakfast is more focused on Indian cuisine, since we stayed there for up to 5 days so it was quite a bit boring for breakfast on the last 2 days. However, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We were happy to stay in this hotel.

Old fitting… carpet sticky… small room… no toothbrush(wonder why they don’t even provide one… ??)
Noisy room and hear cars from streets…hardly can sleep…
Room not cold…
Near Imbi Station… Near Bukit Bintang… Near expensive Alor Food Streets…

The location is close by jalan Alor eateries food street & walking distance to Pavillon shopping area
Opposite lalaport shopping mall .
Thank you trips com had upgrade my room to family suit more spacious room . Enjoy the stay there.
Disappointed is the room facility , no tooth brush & paste provided ( as check information online before check in , the room details stated there are provided) trips com please update accordingly.
