An exceptional hotel made even more memorable by the genuinely warm and friendly staff. From the moment we arrived, their hospitality stood out—they kindly offered us an upgrade to the honeymoon suite and arranged an early check-in at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, the team went above and beyond to make everything seamless, from organising our hot air balloon experience to recommending fantastic local food spots that we absolutely loved. Their attention to detail and willingness to help truly elevated our trip. And a special mention has to go to the hotel’s adorable dog, Mr Pickles, who adds such a charming and unique touch to the whole experience—he quickly became a highlight of our stay! great area to stay in, with pick up for all tours. reception was helpful and good. rooms are caves so they are not very sound proof which means you can hear outside noises at any random timing. bonus: cats!!
