Good value for money and the location is quite good. It's only a 3-minute walk to a large shopping mall - City2. The room isn't very big, and it's like a beehive with no view at all. However, the cleanliness is acceptable, and the breakfast is just okay. There's no variety even after staying for three days, so don't expect someone to cook you an omelet or fried eggs. The breakfast selection is very average.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel staff were professional and the front desk personnel tried their best to meet our needs, which was very nice. There's a supermarket nearby, and it's convenient for dining and shopping. Just a small suggestion: it would be great to install an exhaust fan in the shower room, as it gets very steamy after a shower.

The hotel's location is great, right near a subway station, and it's an easy 10-15 minute walk to Grand Place. The surrounding area felt safe, and there's a shopping mall nearby. We booked a family room for three. We dropped off our luggage first, and by the time we checked in, they had already set up the sofa bed for us. Although, according to my friend, the extended sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. They also prepared amenities for three people. Overall, everything was good, except for an uneven transition between the bathroom and the room, which made it very easy to trip. The soundproofing was excellent; we didn't hear any footsteps or other noises. Each floor of the hotel has a dedicated water dispenser where you can get still water, sparkling water, and warm water.

I booked a stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels. After checking out, I immediately remembered I had left my diamond ring on the bathroom sink in the room, specifically on the vanity. I contacted the hotel right away to inquire about it, but after checking, the staff replied that nothing was found in the room. As a Hilton chain brand, one would expect to trust the hotel's room cleaning and management standards. I never imagined such a valuable item would go missing. I strongly suspect that the cleaning staff私自 took the left-behind item. A heavy metal ring is not a small, hard-to-notice object, and its position on the sink was clearly visible. It's impossible for the cleaning staff not to have seen it when tidying the room. The hotel's subsequent investigation was passive and failed to provide a reasonable explanation. A big brand yet unable to guarantee the safety of guests' belongings, with huge management loopholes. This is extremely disappointing. I strongly do not recommend staying here and urge all travelers to be sure to keep their valuables safe and double-check before leaving the room!

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right downstairs. We rented a car this trip, and there's a public underground parking garage next to the hotel. The hotel offers a discount, making it 16 euros per day. The room is spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast is varied and delicious. It's very close to the Grand Place, just a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is really comfortable and stylish. My friend and I booked a room with a sofa bed. The bathroom was very spacious and comfortable with a great wet/dry separation. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The staff were also very friendly and their English was fluent! We even saw a double rainbow right outside the hotel, which was very lucky!
