This hotel is super close to the train station, located in a trendy new area, and has excellent facilities. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which is a lovely touch! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the mattress is really good. Being able to check in early was so thoughtful! And it's rare to find a 12 PM check-out policy in Europe, which is a definite bonus. Highly recommend!

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was an issue with the room door lock; it wouldn't properly lock after being closed. I reported it to the front desk, and they said someone would come to fix it, but no one ever did by the time I checked out. Since it was a safety concern with the door, I felt a bit uneasy sleeping at night. I hope the hotel can prioritize and address these types of safety-related equipment issues more promptly in the future. Aside from that, the overall experience was still very good.

The location is easy to find, but be careful when parking at the entrance, as you might get a ticket. There's a subway station and a Starbucks behind the hotel, and it leads directly to a main street, perfect for a stroll. I'd suggest not heading out too early though.

Fantastic hotel right in the city center, perfect for a city walk! The DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is also beautiful! I also highly recommend Belgian beers; there are so many flavors, and all of them are a pleasant surprise!

Good value for money and the location is quite good. It's only a 3-minute walk to a large shopping mall - City2. The room isn't very big, and it's like a beehive with no view at all. However, the cleanliness is acceptable, and the breakfast is just okay. There's no variety even after staying for three days, so don't expect someone to cook you an omelet or fried eggs. The breakfast selection is very average.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel staff were professional and the front desk personnel tried their best to meet our needs, which was very nice. There's a supermarket nearby, and it's convenient for dining and shopping. Just a small suggestion: it would be great to install an exhaust fan in the shower room, as it gets very steamy after a shower.
