The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore

Booked this hotel for my child's birthday, and the service was absolutely on point. They decorated the room in advance and even gave us some complimentary desserts. Overall, the hotel is small but exquisite, boasting first-class views of Marina Bay. The only minor disappointment was that this year's National Day fireworks were moved to a different location and weren't set off over Marina Bay.

I originally booked a premium twin room for two nights, from June 19th to 21st. However, when I checked in around 10:30 PM on June 19th, I found a cockroach, approximately 50mm long, near the bathtub as I was about to take a shower. I was absolutely furious. I immediately killed the cockroach and notified the hotel staff to come up, address the issue, and provide an explanation. Initially, the hotel staff offered meal vouchers to appease me, but I absolutely refused. How can a five-star hotel have such appalling hygiene? Consequently, the next day, my wife, grandchild, and I moved to the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. After some negotiation, the hotel agreed to refund the cost of both nights. However, I still feel that this arrangement was completely inadequate and that they made no effort to retain or entice guests to try staying at this hotel again when visiting Singapore. The hotel has agreed to process a full refund through this booking platform, including the additional S$100 I paid at check-in for the upgrade from a king to a twin room.

Facilities: Directly opposite the Burj Al Arab, the views are absolutely unbeatable. Hygiene: Luxurious and elegant. Ambiance: Perfect for a romantic getaway. Service: There was a power outage in the middle of the night, but we were informed in advance.

The room facilities were brand new and fully equipped, and the hygiene was impeccable. The living environment was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient, treating guests with patience and thoughtfulness. What was particularly considerate was the proactive care: they communicated check-in needs in advance and made excellent arrangements, saving a lot of hassle. The entire experience was pleasant and smooth, with meticulous service and great value for money. It's definitely worth staying again.

This hotel is right in the heart of the city, located at Clifford Pier. It's modern, business-oriented, clean, and impressive. You can walk to the Merlion in just 3 minutes. The rooftop bar and pool are beautiful. If I had to find a flaw, the only downside is that the building isn't very tall, and there aren't many staff members who speak Chinese, apart from an auntie at the pool. The lobby manager, a handsome guy in a light-colored suit (I forgot his name!), gave us a Captain bear when we left, which left a lasting impression. Thank you so much for your service. We're grateful to have had The Fullerton Bay Hotel for our vacation.

The location is super convenient! Merlion Park is just about 100 meters away, and Marina Bay Sands is right across the water, a roughly 13-minute walk. The Asian Civilisations Museum is also around 13 minutes on foot, and there's a subway entrance right nearby. The breakfast was really simple and not very good. The bedding wasn't great; I stayed for four nights and was itching so badly for two of them that I couldn't sleep. I ended up having to put a towel down to separate myself from the sheets. The service, however, was polite.
