The hotel is in a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the Dang Wangi LRT station. The room is basically well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The shower has strong water pressure and provides a comfortable shower experience. You need to watch your step when entering and exiting the bathroom to avoid tripping, as there is a slight step-up at the doorway. The hotel's buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food, including Malay, Chinese, and Western options. Since there are many Western guests, items like toast, croissants, and freshly made-to-order pancakes are very popular. There is a fitness center and a semi-open-air swimming pool on the rooftop, where you can work out while enjoying a close-up view of the KL Tower. Overall, this was a pleasant stay.

There are no shops nearby, and the breakfast is quite sparse and unpalatable. I booked a room with a TV tower view, but was given the very last room on the edge where the view was barely visible. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Good location, close to Chinatown and not far from the center, with a metro station nearby. Nice, clean room with a view of the Menara Tower. The breakfasts here are fantastic—everyone will find something to their liking.

The hotel is superb. Spacious room, fantastic breakfast, and a very good location. You can walk (approx. 20min) to the Petronas Towers, Jalan Alor, and also the historic center. The rooftop pool with skyline views while you cool off is brilliant. The service is very attentive and always willing to help.

Came to Kuala Lumpur for the Standard Chartered Marathon and stayed one night in three rooms. Location: Very easy to find, just a 15-minute walk from the subway station. It's close to Merdeka Square, which is both the start and finish line of the marathon. There are many eateries nearby, and you can also go to the mall which has a wide variety of restaurants. Service: Enthusiastic, quick, and proactive. They answered all questions and were very polite. Rooms: The space is smaller than average hotel rooms, but the layout is still reasonable. The decor is elegant, the bedding is comfortable, and it's clean and hygienic. The shower pressure is strong, but there was a bit of machine room noise. Breakfast: A very rich selection, with both Malaysian and Western options. Replenishment was quick, and there were even local specialties. The coffee was particularly outstanding.

The hotel was good otherwise, although the location required a bit of walking or taking the subway/taxi to get anywhere. However, the value for money was excellent. The room was too small, and they only provided one toothbrush and cup for two people. There were only two bath towels and no hand towels. But the breakfast was indeed delicious and very good. The rooftop pool was also beautiful. Overall, it was worth the price.
