Santa Grand Signature Kuala Lumpur

I always stay in this hotel whenever my parents do their annual health check up in KL. To my disappointment this year they allocated not just the smallest room in the pretext I booked a standard room, but the room was not even properly cleaned. The AC was not working properly that we drenched in sweat. The worst of all was I did not get the breakfast package since I forgot to collect but the service after that was just so-so. No service recovery at all and the staff just said they disposed whatever not collected if it’s late. They forgot the amenities in the room and when I checked over the phone the staff sounded very impatient bordering impolite. Anyhow this was not a good experience in this hotel this time which was a pity. Breakfast was superb as always which was the best of the worst situations this time.

I had a great stay at the hotel. Nafiur, the hotel staff was very professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend everyone to stay here. And thank you Nafiur for your cleaning for making my stay here wonderful

Plus point for the hotel is its location. All KL attractions are very close, easy access. Staff- very good and helpful. 5 stars Room quality- average like 2-3 star. Breakfast Buffet - 3 star, only few options. Pool - 3 star. Value for money - Not at all. Very expensive for the quality they provide.There were better options for the amount paid.
