exciting attractions like the SkyJump, and we go to the STRAT Observation Deck at around 10PM and we saw Vegas Strip at night time whoch is wonderful at 109th floors.

The view of the pool was spectacular and the rooms were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel price I was asked to pay at reception is slightly different from what Trip.com showed. I checked in this hotel two times, but I think both I paid more than Trip.co. price.
Except for that, everything was ok. Nice and huge hotel.

It is a five star hotel but the glass that they are giving to guests in rooms are just disposable cups with no amenities like kettle, coffee, toothpaste,nor bottled water. We stayed for 3 nights and may not be coming back again to stay in this hotel due to poor services. On the 3rd day of stay our room was not thoroughly cleaned…. Though the resto at the top is the best place to have your dinner with stunning views of vegas at night. Services and food at the resto at the top was excellent with the very accommodating Filipino staff headed by Ms . Juvy. ..

The living room in the suite was very spacious and impressive. It was my first time staying in their classic suite, and I was quite pleased. I definitely hope to stay here again! Next time, I'll aim for a room on a higher floor with a better view. A nice perk was getting a discounted rate for tower admission by showing the room key card, which was great!

First of all to much charges deposit witch I was not told until I checked in also 20 dollars per day to park really total 60 dollars I paid and to top it off no hot water no pressure at all and then no room service the second night until I picked up I was very disappointed in this trip because of the room stayed before in other places and better service and bathroom and didn’t have to give 200 dollars deposit plus didn’t have to pay parking
Will not be recommending this hotel at all plus I still haven’t got my deposit and it’s 9 pm already ridiculous

The stay was okay overall, but there were some issues. There was a bad smell coming from the shower drain, and housekeeping hadn't cleaned my room after I left at 2:30 PM. Also, a disruptive neighbor kept slamming their door around midnight, which woke me up frequently.
