Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World

The hotel is very well located, the decor is tasteful, the furniture is a bit dated but the bathroom is nice. The reception and service are what you would expect to find in China.

My sibling and I stayed here, and the view was fantastic! It's close to People's Square and easy to hail a taxi. When checking in, we had two separate reservations for our two nights and one night stay. We asked if we could combine them into one room for three consecutive nights, and they happily accommodated us. Since one of the nights would have been a downgrade, they even added breakfast for two for all three days, lol. It was so good! They have staff who can speak Korean, and the machines are well-equipped. Everyone is so friendly, especially the staff – I love them! They also helped us with all our delivery pickups. I'm taking away wonderful memories from my first trip to Shanghai!!! And at checkout, Sandy and Lily were incredibly kind, helping with our luggage storage and giving us drink coupons, making the end of our stay great, lol. The view is excellent, and the accessibility is superb, so I think Koreans would also have a comfortable stay! Highly recommended!! I heard the pool was good too, but unfortunately, I didn't get to use it because we were busy sightseeing, lol. Anyway! Highly, highly recommended!!

This was my first trip to Shanghai, so I carefully chose my accommodation, and I'm 100% satisfied! All the staff spoke English, which made communication easy, and Polina, who helped with check-in, was especially kind. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. It's also close to Nanjing East Road, and convenient for trips to Wuzhen or Disneyland. The only regret is that I couldn't visit Hanjuyi, which is right next door. Highly recommended for Koreans!

This booking was for a friend, and the stay exceeded expectations. The front desk was incredibly thoughtful; they called us before check-in to confirm our special requests and made all the arrangements in advance. Their service throughout was meticulous and warm, truly unique. Overall, it was an excellent experience, highly recommended, full marks!

I randomly picked this hotel for a business trip, and it completely exceeded my expectations – a pleasant surprise! The location is incredibly convenient, and the service quality of this long-standing hotel is truly exceptional. Many of the staff members are locals from Shanghai, and they are all incredibly friendly and approachable. You can always see many international guests around the hotel, which clearly indicates that it's consistently busy. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is located at the beginning of the pedestrian street, close to large shopping malls and brand boutiques. The breakfasts are varied. It was a very pleasant surprise to receive a present from the hotel on my wife's birthday! I highly recommend this hotel! We will only be staying here ourselves from now on.
