Loved staying a Bingham Riverhouse! The location by the river is so special and the room details and decor is so warm and inviting. The staff is quite unique from other hotels/inns we’ve stayed at. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful and really gave us memories for this trip to London. We will definitely stay here again when we return to one of our fave cities.

This was the most perfect wedding venue. We had a beautiful day thanks to all of the staff at the Bingham. Everyone was so kind and just fantastic! The food was unbelievable and we had absolutely no stress and such a wonderful day! Thank you all so much. Sophie and Jon Cummings

As we were traveling into Heathrow and out of Gatwick the following day, we decided to spend the night in the charming town of Richmond-Upon-Thames and selected Bingham Riverhouse based on their website. In this case, I’d have to say the photos did not provide the most representation of the property. While the accommodations provided for a comfortable nights sleep, the room and inn in general were a bit more worn looking than anticipated. I was expecting quaint; it was serviceable, although the breakfast area was nice and food quite good. The walk to both Richmond Park and into town were both quite manageable. Al in all, an adequate overnight stay.

We'd eaten at the brilliant restaurant before and I booked a night there for my husband's birthday. The room we stayed in, Baudelaire, was gorgeous: fabulous river view, that lovely copper tub, and a bed larger than my first flat. It was so comfortable - it had that air of what the Norwegians call "hygge". And food superb, of course. Thank you to the staff - we felt welcome, relaxed and spoilt throughout.

James at reception was extremely helpful and friendly! Had a facial / massage with Bex, she is so talented, Riverhouse is so lucky to have her, highly recommend booking with her! Bed is super comfortable and garden view is gorgeous!

We only booked the restaurant for dinner (did not stay in the hotel) - food choice is poor and wine list while extensive is crazily priced - 4 times mark up - on a positive service was vey good and staff are very friendly and the river view is beautiful.

We booked the Bingham Riverhouse for a small, all-day Corporate meeting and I have to say that, at every touchpoint, they excelled. Attention to detail, such as placing name labels on the reserved car parking spaces, impressed our clients from the outset. The word they used to describe the food was "exquisite", and being able to go out onto the terrace for lunch was a real treat, especially in the current summer weather. The service from the staff was excellent, and our clients fully intend to go back again in the future. Whilst I have no experience of the hotel room side of things, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Bingham Riverhouse for meetings! 😊
