酒店位置靠近市中心，去哪兒打車都很方便，也可以走十分鐘去chan sow lin地鐵站坐MRT或者LRT，樓下吃的東西也比較多，馬來餐推薦eight toast，也有711便利店，基本啥都能買到。
頂樓游泳池很贊，雖然是四星級酒店，但是維護得很好，雖然不是無邊泳池，但是遊客喜歡的地標都能拍到。
房間設施也很完善，有冰箱，不過還是建議戴個耳塞睡覺，不然晚上國寶炸街，還是比較難入睡。

Location is fine cos we are driving. Hotel is clean and new. Counter service is good as well. RM10 per entry for the carpark. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location is ok but need to grab around, there are some F & B just beside the hotel.
Front desk staffs are friendly & check in also fast.
Room is clean, bed also comfortable. The only thing is the shower, hot water not that stable, sometimes hot & cold, overall acceptable.

Mercure Trion was surprisingly good and exceeded our expectations. However, we would have appreciated a more prompt delivery of amenities when requested. The location is a bit distant from Bukit Bintang. Nevertheless, it was an amazing stay overall, and we would certainly consider returning.

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Trion in the family suite. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great option for families.
The location is convenient as well, with easy access to the Pudu area where you can find plenty of delicious food, and it’s easy to book a Grab.
The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the nearest MRT station, which is helpful, but it only operates three times a day, so the timing can be hard to match.
The only downside was the strong smell coming from the master bedroom’s toilet. I had to use a floor mat to cover the hole next to the bidet to reduce the odor.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we appreciated the comfort and convenience the hotel offered.
