The tour includes an entrance ticket to the Forbidden City and the Treasure Museum. Your ticket is tied to your passport! Don't forget it. There were 10 of us in our group. Entry through the main southern gate was quick. Pick up your bag for the morning after 9 a.m. The tour lasts about 4 hours. The grounds are so vast that you won't be able to see everything. We visited all the main halls and the gates leading to them, the chambers of Empress Dowager Cixi, the Treasure Museum, and exited through the North Gate. Unfortunately, no one is allowed inside the halls, and it's difficult to see much through the half-open doors and dirty glass. The Treasure Museum was incredibly crowded, so we couldn't get a good look. Chinese New Year was probably a factor. The tour was well organized. Our guide, Alina, was very responsive and helped us not only with the tour but also with other pressing questions. However, I personally missed more detailed historical facts (which is why I took the tour, as audio guides often fail during independent exploration).★

A decent tour at a reasonable price doesn't require a guide, but ours spoke four languages. We understood everything in English. We were picked up from our hotel on a good bus, and were given water and a straw cowboy hat at the pier. The journey to the islands is very short, and you won't even have time to get seasick. On Orchid Island, in addition to the entertainment itself, there's a beautiful, calm beach where you can swim after watching the goose race and after lunch. You can feed the animals and birds on the island. It's best not to be late for lunch; it gets sold out quickly, but overall, everything was delicious. On the second island, we really enjoyed the monkey show and the opportunity to feed the monkeys. There are also beautiful spots for photo ops.★

I thought Charyn Canyon was just an uninteresting collection of rocks, but when we got there, it was truly beautiful. In Kaindy, we had the opportunity to ride horses. With a professional tour manager and stunning views, the horse riding experience, which I thought would be scary, became incredibly enjoyable. Kolsay Lake was fantastic, breathtaking. You must go there with Panda Travel.
For lunch, I ordered Manty, and it became one of my favorite dishes while trying various types of food in Kazakhstan.
Today I leave Kazakhstan, but my heart remains here. Especially for Rustam and Amina. Thank you, Panda Travel.★

This was an amazing guided tour of the forbidden city, Tiananmen Square and the central axis. It was super busy but our guide Icy was super fast and efficient and knew how to get us through the queues and crowds. A very informative morning and I’m so glad I did it!★

It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket.
