First time staying in this hotel because it looks modern and is in the heart of shibuya. Although it takes about 8-11 minutes walking to shibuya station, the hotel actually is walking distance to popular neighborhoods like harajuku. Amenities are nice but i wish they provide body lotion as well since I came during winter and my body got dry because of the winter air. But all in all amazing service and clean rooms! Love it

This hotel offers a quiet retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle, very close to Shibuya Crossing. You can easily access it via main roads or side streets. Although the room is small, it's clean and the facilities are of high quality. If you're not looking for something overly luxurious, this is a very welcoming hotel with a great experience. Plus, it's not far from Omotesando — you'll find yourself there after a pleasant stroll!

A perfect option for those who want to stay in the busy Shibuya area and get good rest in quiet. Very clean, comfy rooms, enough space for everything. Laundry/dryers, a kitchen on the 2nd floor for your convenience. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. I will certainly choose this hotel to stay in Tokyo next time again!

The room is too small, and there is no iron. You have to go to the second floor to use one. The elevator is very crowded, but the reception staff are friendly

Nice hotel near Shibuya crossing, opposite Parco mall. Have small gym, washing machine, gathering area to do work and socialise. Rooms are similar sized (small)

I really enjoyed so much at this hotel! So close to everything in shibuya but doesn't feel chaotic at all. The room looks smaller in the photos than it really is. They build the rooms in a very smart way and with 12m room i could open with no problem my 2 suitcases (the room also has a storage place for the suitcases underneath the bad!) The staff was so helpful with everything and they speak English very well. The hotel is also pricey but it was worth it!

Location - Great, directly beside Parco (pokemom, nintendo, various upscale local & int'l brands) Easy access to shopping, f&b and various brands.Quite near to train station. Service and Amenities - the best experience we had in this trip. All staffs are kind and goes the extra miles to assist without questioning. There are movie nights (every wednesday), events and various collaborations with nearby brands so you will recieve either discount or gifts. Cleanliness - Clean! Spacious - Abit small for families. Best for couples.
