Mercure Sydney

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Chinatown and Thai Town. The breakfast selection is decent, they even have char siu bao (BBQ pork buns), and usually three types of fresh cut fruit.

Upon returning to my room, I found cleaning rags left behind. Furthermore, despite requesting a towel change, only one towel was replaced, and the old towels were left on the bed. I informed the front desk staff about this, but received no apology. (However, the old towels were promptly collected afterward.)

The room was very spacious, plenty of room for four people without feeling cramped. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and you can even bring a thermos to fill up with water. Remember to bring an adapter; you can also borrow one from the front desk.

This Mercure is a reliable choice you can't go wrong with. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic; it's so good and filling, we didn't even need lunch! The room is spacious and bright, with unbeatable city views. Most major landmarks are within a 20-minute walk. Plus, you can change the lighting in the room, which is a nice touch. The bathroom is huge, with a vanity mirror spanning the entire wall – perfect for both adults and kids to get ready at the same time. There's also a full-length dressing mirror.

The location is super convenient, right next to the train station. Rebecca's service was consistently professional, thank you! It was a very satisfying trip. On the way to Darling Harbour, not far from the hotel, I even stumbled upon a live World Cup broadcast, which was a pleasant surprise!

The breakfast at Mercure Hotel is excellent, and the location is super convenient with bus and subway stations right downstairs. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The location is great, right by Central Station, and the light rail is just a few minutes' walk away. However, the breakfast selection is just okay, and the facilities are a bit dated. They don't provide disposable slippers or toothbrushes.
