The hotel's location is excellent; it's a mere three to four-minute walk to the central train station, making it incredibly convenient to reach any attraction. Darling Harbour is also quickly accessible on foot. The surrounding area boasts shopping malls, various stores, and numerous Chinese restaurants, offering both convenient transportation and an easy lifestyle. Stayed at Mercure Sydney — overall 4/5. Room was comfortable and location convenient. Noticed a few dead bugs and a broken light above the minibar, but otherwise nothing major. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Would stay again with minor maintenance improvements.

Location of hotel is good. Check in staff Claudia very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on 1/f food and atmosphere are good !staff Alice is cheerful and friendly. We had a lovely times in Sydney
