ibis Styles Sepang KLIA

Third time staying here as driving to klia to pick up our daughter on a late night arrival. The location is a ten minute drive from the airport or a guest could book the shuttle service which runs hourly in the morning but two hourly in the afternoon and evening. Free car park but although we had registered our car plate number this time as not known to the exit gate person who had to write down our room number and name before letting us drive out. A buggy service led us to our room where we could park nearby. Lobby had vending machines for drinks and cup noodles and snacks and notice boards with the current departures and arrivals times and info about delays at klia and klia2. The room was comfortable but a few improvements like giving a room access card per guest instead of one card per room only and having hand towels in addition to bath towels would be helpful.

Very relaxing hotel resort. Big baby pool. Good for spending time with little kids ! Near airport. And have free shuttle bus service every hour. Airline transit in KL this hotel definitely the first choice 😎❤️✈️

Its ideal for travellers who are catching a flight or want to ne near airport for returning flights, hence explains the hotel guests are mostly foreigners. The place looks new hence the cleanliness is awesome. The services are basics but i have no complaints as our affairs have been smooth. The toilets are relatively small would be nice if can be bigger. Thank you

2nd trip in 2 weeks best thing is swimming pool and proximity to airport bar staff are wet behind ears though pleasant They should engage much more with customers and take orders, check in with them etc.Too frequently they are talking amongst themselves/checking phones or loading dishwasher etc Food options could be better and more bar appropriate with vegetarian options not french fries
