I'll try to leave a detailed review to give you a complete picture. 1. **Cleanliness** - The cleaning is quick, but not perfect. For example, they don't remake the bed during cleaning, which is usually standard practice in other hotels. 2. **Location** - Pretty good, 2 km from the city center, and a beach and small park just 200 meters from the hotel. 3. **View** - This is the main reason to stay at this hotel – the amazing view. My room had a panoramic window above the bed and a balcony. I saw these types of rooms in other reviews and specifically requested one before check-in, and they provided it. 4. **Service** - The service level is decent. I arrived at 12 AM, two hours before the scheduled check-in time, and they let me check in right away. However, there's no bellboy, so you'll have to carry your own luggage, including up the stairs in front of the hotel. Laundry service at the hotel costs 60,000 VND per kg, which is twice as expensive as street laundries; I paid extra for the convenience. I paid upfront, but then the next evening, a problem arose. When I went to pick up my clothes at the reception, a different administrator told me I needed to pay for the laundry. I was surprised when I learned I had already paid, as payment is usually made after the service. I was asked to come back in the morning. The original manager was there in the morning and handed over my laundered clothes without any fuss. It's probably better to pay for laundry when you pick up your items. 5. **Included Breakfasts** - I give the hotel a solid five stars for breakfast. They start at 6:30 AM, and this is definitely a reason to stay here for at least a week. Breakfast always includes meat, vegetables, fruits, drinks, a side dish, and often sweet pastries or alternatives. It's simply delightful; every morning I'd get two servings and be full for the entire day. Breakfast was included in my stay; make sure to check if it's included in yours before booking. Everything is always fresh, but it's best to come between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM, otherwise, you risk choosing from what's left or waiting for them to restock. Very filling and delicious; the chefs definitely earn their salaries. It was one of the best impressions of the hotel. 6. The hotel has a small but good gym and a pool. Everything is well-maintained, and I recommend checking them out. 7. The room has air conditioning; you can set the room temperature using the control panel on the wall. The bathroom is good, with all amenities provided. The panoramic window and balcony access can be covered with curtains if desired. 8. If you're a remote worker like me, buy a SIM card with enough mobile internet data, as the hotel's WiFi can be intermittent. Overall, my impressions of the hotel are overwhelmingly positive. This might be the best value-for-money hotel. I stayed on the 19th floor and the view was absolutely amazing. It was a perfect location for our two-day trip to VinWonders. Although the staff's kindness and hygiene at breakfast were a bit disappointing, overall it was very satisfying for the price.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. We stayed here for about 2 weeks, and it worked out to roughly 1100 rubles per night. The location is good, a bit removed from the tourist hustle and bustle, and prices at nearby establishments are lower than, say, in the northern part of the city. There's even a bus stop right by the hotel where we'd catch marshrutkas/buses. The furniture isn't new, but it wasn't uncomfortable, although the bed did creak a bit. The breakfasts are indeed a bit repetitive, but we never missed one during our entire stay and always left feeling full; everything was tasty. The front desk staff always accommodated our requests for extra bottles of water, which we appreciated! On the top floor, there's a pool with cool water and something resembling a gym, which we actually managed to use. Our rooms were cleaned well, and all the staff were always friendly. The only significant downside to this hotel is the Wi-Fi, which constantly disconnected from devices or failed to load. I couldn't work remotely with it, and sometimes even just two of us couldn't browse social media together.
