Galaxy Pods @ Chinatown

The pods were clean, but outside the pod which is the common area wasn’t that clean. 2 washroom was there.

Pros: - Location is in the center of Chinatown near Pagoda Street, Chinatown Complex, Maxwell Center and Hong Lim Food Center and also near Chinatown MRT - Privacy with the pods that can be closed and locked - With Free Coffee and Tea with water dispenser on every room. - You have your own locker where you can place your things - With common area on the other unit where you can eat - Every Bathroom includes toilet with bidet and shower with shampoo, body wash and tissue - With free hair dryer - Common areas are cleaned regularly - They noted my special request which made my staying experience great :) Cons: - The pods should be cleaned thoroughly including the part of the sliding door, it had plenty of hair there. I had it cleaned the next day but they did not cleaned that part at all. - There are no sockets available inside the pod so you need to charge outside. Suggest you bring your own extension so you can charge your gadgets in your pod Overall rating for a solo traveller, I will give this a 7 :)

Well priced, well located, affordable for a night in the City. Only concern is the panel inside the pod, especially when plugging in something to charge, might need to b secured a little more just in case

We arrived quite late at night and only stayed until the morning, so we didn’t get to experience much of the place. Check-in was smooth, we had no problems during our stay, and check-out was easy. Overall, it was alright for a quick overnight stay.

beds are clean, toilet is clean, theres a small locker service to lock your belongings which is neat, and theres water dispensers with coffee and tea as well.

Location is good however very noisy during my stay, even 2am people are showering and using dryer.

All of the staff/Front Desk I talked to wereall great and friendly. pods are comfortable. coffee are not so good but free so still thank you. I stayed for 2nights and it was comfortable to the point that I almost missed touring because I want to stay lying on my bed. internet is FAST and comfort rooms are shared but are maintained (clean). i am a working nomad and it is a good place to stay while working 😊
