Great location right in Pittsburgh Downtown. Easy to go to restaurants and tourist spots. Have a bathtub in the room.

Room keys didn't work and had to keep going back downstairs to get new keys. Carpet needs updated in rooms.

I booked this for a business trip, out of convenience to be able to walk to my office. Facilities were decent. I did not interact with hotel staff very much, but those interactions were pleasant. Room itself felt a bit dated, but served its purpose.

Very satisfied with the stay, the room is large and clean, I will continue to stay next time, the hotel is located in the city center, only 20 minutes away from the airport, very convenient
