Mingzhu Hotel

This is an older business-style hotel with complete facilities, including a desk and chairs, and large windows. The dark red decor and a vintage mini-fridge give it a classic, somewhat time-traveling feel. The front desk service is excellent, with staff available 24 hours, making check-in convenient at any time. The location is great, about 3km from the train station. There are many shopping malls nearby, and a subway station, offering convenient amenities and easy transportation.

The in-room facilities are a bit dated, but the environment and cleanliness are decent, and the service was quite good.

The front desk staff, Xiao Zhu, provided excellent service. She helped with our luggage and guided us to our room, showing great enthusiasm and a very friendly demeanor, making us feel right at home, especially with my elderly parents.

This hotel is located in the bustling city center. While it's a bit older, it truly holds its own against newly opened modern hotels – like a classic Ferrari, it might be old, but it's still a Ferrari. I especially want to commend the front desk service; they were incredibly warm and helpful, truly exceptional! The backyard parking was also a big plus. For your stay in Zhongyuan, come to Mingzhu Hotel!

The room's location is excellent, right on the main street. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping nearby. You'll also find it quite close to supermarkets, the Forest Zoo, and the Henan Museum. So, the location is pretty decent.

Whenever I'm in Zhengzhou, I always choose to stay here. The environment is wonderful, it's spotlessly clean, and very quiet. The service is also excellent. I highly recommend it as a top choice for both leisure and business travelers. Five stars!

The executive room I stayed in on the first day was quite nice, except the air conditioning wasn't working effectively. By the second night, I simply couldn't tolerate it anymore. (I returned to the hotel quite late, close to 11 PM.) I called housekeeping to report the issue. The housekeeping staff couldn't fix it and had to call in the engineering department. The engineers then determined the AC was broken beyond repair and instructed the front desk to assist with a room change. The result? I was moved to a standard room. To add insult to injury, the housekeeping staff member seemed quite annoyed, insisting that the new room was the same type and price as my original booking. Then, at nearly midnight, I still had to personally go down to the first floor to get my key card exchanged. Is *this* what they consider an executive room??? I generally don't leave negative reviews, and these photos were personally taken by me. As the saying goes, 'the public has discerning eyes,' and with photographic proof, this level of service truly disgraces the 'Henan Grand Hotel's' reputation!!!
