The whole booking experience is very bad. Booked and received confirmation email. We did not received anything else.. tried contacting property about 3 hours before check in time, only to be informed 1 hour before check in time that the property wasn’t informed of the booking by Trip.com. Was offered another stay at another location. Didn’t have any choice as we have no other places to stay other than trying to rebook another hotel/Airbnb last minute.
The new stay check in wasn’t smooth too. Given wrong information resulting another 1 hour plus delay.. from preparing and expecting to check in till the time I managed to check in. It took a total of 5 hours.. what a waste of holiday time.
