Coordination for the hotel transfer was smooth. Staff was proactive and our overall stay was so pleasant. Response to every query was prompt. Loved the breakfast buffet! They feature signature dishes daily from different places in Indonesia and it was so authentic. There were several live stations for eggs, breads and pancakes, local healthy drinks and even noodles or soups, even fresh fruit juices - you can request for your preference. Staff is awesome - one of the heads of the restaurant - his name is Fir - even recommended his favorite personal drink to make for us. Lobby staff are always warm and smiling. Amenities are well-maintained. The fact that we can have access to three hotels under Banyantree was amazing! Loved the beach! Loved the restaurant vibe esp at XANA club - food is impeccable! Place is good, food is great and people are wonderful! What more can you ask for? 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊😊😊 Coming from a FIRST TIMER to BINTAN.

lovely spacious rooms; not your typical hotel room. love that it’s apartment style where you can even do light cooking location is great- albeit far from city but that is what getaways are for, to do nothing. has access to private beach so lots of place to enjoy breakfast has quite a spread. enjoyed the food prices at cafes/restaurants are resort price so don’t be shocked complimentary transfer from BBT ferry terminal is included as well. be sure to email them beforehand to arrange if not you’re stranded love that there are a mix of complimentary and paid activities to do as well managed to use grab to travel out to nearby spots as well definitely will return again! great to hang out and do nothing if you are solo traveller or with groups

The beach is great, I love the sand there , very thin sand beaches comfortable to walk on. All staff are very friendly, smiling, perfect English, professional. Our room has a sea view, clean and comfortable. Microwave, cookingware available. Breakfast was delicious. We went there during low season so plenty of space available but during high season, expect a crowed breakfast area. Several restaurants available inside the 3 hotels yet this is relatively expensive, Singapore price and above. Since the hotel is located in a remote area, don’t expect to go out for meals except if you have a car. 15S$ for a Nasi Goreng. 8S$ for a Bintang beer. 22S$ for beef redang. Bintan is easy to go from Singapore, only 1 hour ferry. We will come again to Bintan but probably not Cassia due to food cost. Yet I don’t know about the meal cost in other areas. ATV and Jetski are expensive as well.

They accommodate us very well. They even executed my surprise request for my friend’s birthday. I will definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay here, the staff were friendly, helpful and made sure our experience was unforgettable. The room was spotless, plenty of space and the beaches were kept in incredible condition. The bed was so comfortable, we had the best night sleep in this peaceful resort. Thank you for having us!

Overall  hospitality,room and compound cleanliness and  breakfast provided by hotel are all good  Worth every pennies They will greet you with a big smile on face.  Definitely will come again.
