Service at the front desk was stellar , all staff were very helpful in addressing my enquiries. Room is big and clean. There’s a washing machine in the room and they provide the laundry powder too. Hotel location is very convenient, linked to the Raffles City mall. There are a lot of fashion malls nearby, selling affordable clothing. The only issue is that Wifi is weak. I had to use my own roaming data.

I keep coming back here. Great location, relatively spacious rooms, and wonderful service from all the staff. The front desk team—Lily, Cathy, and Piko—are always so welcoming.

location is good. the room is a bit old. but the staffs are helpful. the swimming pool is ok. but the dry and steam sauna inside changing room takes long to heat up. you need to tell the staffs to turn on the heat in sauna early otherwise they are not hot enough to use.

I guess this is considered a 5-star apartment hotel, but my experience was really mediocre. The room felt old overall, the shower in the bathroom was constantly broken, and the water pressure was very low. Breakfast was terrible; the chef always had a sour face when asked to cook something. Even the hot dishes seemed dried out!
