I strongly discourage booking at this place. The low ceilings are uncomfortable for anyone taller than 170 cm. The stairs posed a significant challenge for my elderly mother. When I attempted to cancel due to these issues, my request was refused. What's worse, when I raised concerns about the high stairs, their response was, "Why didn't you read the reviews?" Additionally, the rooms were cramped, old, and lacked comfort. I received a 25% discount voucher after payment, but it was rendered useless as my booking was already confirmed. Sound insulation is poor, making it easy to hear neighbors. The breakfast consistently fell short, and staff, though friendly, couldn't compensate for the overall lacking quality. Considering the high cost, it's advisable to invest in a 4-star hotel for a more pleasant stay as the only good thing about this hotel is the location. To top it off, I was asked to pay 3 euros per person for luggage storage until 5 pm upon check-out, which felt like an unreasonable request after spending nearly 500 euros for a 2-night stay. Overall, a regrettable experience, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. أنصح بشدة بعدم حجز في هذا المكان. السقوف المنخفضة تجعل الإقامة غير مريحة، خاصة إذا كنت أطول من 170 سم. السلالم شكلت تحدي كبير لوالدتي المسنة. عندما حاولت إلغاء الحجز بسبب هذه المشاكل، رُفض طلبي. الأمر الأسوأ، عندما أبلغتهم عن التحدي الذي واجهته بسبب السلالم العالية، كان ردهم: "لماذا لم تقرأ التقييمات؟" بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت الغرف ضيقة وقديمة وتفتقر إلى الراحة. تلقيت قسيمة خصم بنسبة 25٪ بعد الدفع، ولكنها لم تكن ذات جدوى حيث تم تأكيد حجزي بالفعل. عزل الصوت ضعيف، مما يجعل من السهل سماع الجيران. كان الإفطار دائمًا قليلاً، وعلى الرغم من ود الموظفين، إلا أنهم لم يستطيعوا تعويض النقص العام في الجودة. في ظل التكلفة العالية، من الأفضل الاستثمار في فندق 4 نجوم لإقامة أفضل حيث أن الميزة الوحيدة هي الموقع. كإضافة غير مرغوبة، طُلب مني دفع 3 يورو للشخص الواحد لتخزين أمتعتي حتى الساعة 5 مساءً عند تسجيل الخروج، وهو طلب غير معقول بعد أن أنفقت ما يقرب من 500 يورو على إقامة ليلتين. بشكل عام، تجربة لا تُنصح بها بقوة، وأوصي بالبحث عن مكان آخر.

The hotel is very well located in the west part of Berlin, close to a metro station and in a clean and apparently safe (at least so I felt) commercial area of the town. I booked a family room for four, not the apartment, and it was very spacious and clean; just the bathroom was a bit small. I did not have breakfast as there are plenty of opportunities just down the road. Just the building's internal stairs are a bit old, but overall, it is a great value for money.

Zimmereinrichtung alt und schadhaft, Bad (und Zimmer) klein und wenig Komfort (z. B. Dusche mit Vorhang), Heizung nicht zu regulieren. Fotos sind eindeutig "geschönt". Koffer muss Treppen getragen werden. Zimmerservice gab es keinen. Angeblich Bezahlung im Hotel, Betrag wurde viele Wochen vorher aber abgebucht. Außerdem bekam ich eine Mail, dass bei An- und Abreise außerhalb der Fristen 25,- (!!) € fällig werden. Kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

… offensichtlich ohne sich danach zu reinigen! Unter den Matratzen lagen neben den Staubhaufen, Socken und etwas, was aussah, wie eine Binde! Billig fand ich die Buchung jetzt nicht unbedingt, aber selbst bei billigen Absteigen ist das nicht akzeptabel. Eine billige Absteige wollte ich eigentlich nicht buchen! Die Lage kann nicht alles wieder gut machen! Ich bin fassungslos!

Heel slecht management, kamers werden niet schoongemaakt, kapotte handdoeken. Het ontbijt was erg uitgedund. Na hier al jaren te zijn gekomen was dit de laatste keer. De nieuwe manager was ook erg onbeschoft, beloofde ons een terugbetaling van 1 nacht, maar reageren niet meer op mails.
