I wasn't told that the pool was closed when I booked the hotel. I brought two 8 year old and a 1 year old that were all excited to go swimming as that's why I picked this hotel that had the pool. They would no reimburse us. I called trips.com and atleast got a 60$ refund which I believe wasn't enough due to the fact that I choose this particular hotel because it showed they had a pool and that's one of the main reasons we wanted to come. The kids were extremely upset because they didn't get to swim. Also the bathroom was covered with tiny black spiders. The kids were afraid so I had cleaned it up before telling the front desk. The workers were great but unhappy with the bathroom and the fact that there was no pool.
