Movenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc

It’s my first time to go Phu Quoc Island, the resort is 40mins taxi between airport, many restaurants inside the resort and the breakfast is good. The swimming pool is big enough.

Eally do appreciate the hotels hospitality. Our son was sick, they send a caring nurse to give him some medicine. Also they provided the porridge that the nurse recommended and am very thoughtful. Hotel also provided shuttle services to airport, which is great. One last, but no least, i told the reception that on the first night and the next morning that upstairs were noisy. The next night, they called and ask us hows the noise level, and am ready to switch the room for us if necessary. I have not experience this kind of hospitality from a hotel for a long while..

When we checked in, it was not very clean, there was hair in bathroom, a pen on the floor and drinks in the fridge from previous guests. And The main pool is closed for maintenance . The buffet was great and staff was helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and I really appreciated that they also offered gluten-free bread, which was a great option for me. The airport transfer service was also very convenient and ran on time, making the arrival and departure very smooth. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for renovation during my stay, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to come back again.

Great stay! The free breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, and we were really impressed. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the free airport transfer was a great bonus. Highly recommended!
