週末出行懷柔，選擇了慕田峪長城腳下，這家酒店是附近環境最好的了，還帶温泉。房間很舒服，晚上特別安靜。出門對面就是慕田峪。衹是目前在淡季，且酒店還在部分裝修。

We were completely shocked and disappointed. We booked a 2-bedroom suite for nearly USD 500/night, expecting a beautiful mountain resort near Beijing as shown in the photos. In reality, the property was almost abandoned — dark, empty, surrounded by construction, with no other guests.
No services were operating: the restaurant was closed, there was no buffet breakfast (only a simple boxed meal), and no recreational or relaxation facilities were available. The entire place felt lifeless and unsafe.
The hotel should not have accepted bookings during this period and should have clearly informed Trip.com that it was under renovation. Our family holiday was ruined.
We request Trip.com to review this case and work with the hotel to provide a fair refund or compensation. This property is not ready to host guests and is worth no more than 25% of its listed price.

前台給免費升級了房間，院裏還有公共湯泉，送的早餐、蒸餃、烤魚也很好吃，酒店就在長城景區售票處的馬路對面，可以乘坐擺渡車到景區也可以自駕可以直接開上去，好像是p4、5停車場，很方便的！

Great stay overall, just opposite the entrance to the Mutianyu Great Wall section. Clean, bright, spacious! Only one hot spring was open but it was enough as there were not many guests while we were there. Had a good soak and slept very well.

.Had a great time here with my family. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Great Wall gate — and the peaceful countryside setting makes it feel far away from the city. Inside, the hotel is modern and luxurious, with comfortable rooms and good food. The terrace is absolutely stunning, overlooking the mountains and the Great Wall — the highlight of the stay. Outside, the building and grounds could use a bit of upkeep, as some areas feel old and weathered. It would also be nice to have coffee in the rooms and a small shop selling snacks and drinks for guests. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting.
