Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG

Great experience! The environment is comfortable and the hotel service is excellent. The staff are very nice, and they can even help arrange itineraries. The hotel also has a Chinese menu. We went to the Blue Lagoon and it was amazing.

The room photos were a bit misleading; since all rooms face north, it felt quite dim, and there were ants in the open-air bathtub. However, the hotel arranged the best view on the 8th floor for us, which made up for it overall. The air conditioning fan speed couldn't be adjusted and blew directly onto the bed, which definitely needs improvement. For families with kids, it's very convenient for beach sand-play—just a 2-minute walk away. The sand is very fine; although the sea isn't the most stunning, the sand is actually better than in Bali. Indigo doesn't have a kids' club, but the Holiday Inn is just a 5-minute walk next door, which is quite handy. The service was excellent, and the hotel even arranged buggy transfers. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel were all absolutely fantastic!! Coming over from Singapore for a few days was an absolute blast from the second we arrived!!

The environment is great and quiet. The service is good, and all the facilities are new. The breakfast is rich and you can order à la carte. You can enjoy your meal facing the sea. There's a swimming pool, bicycles... and a dedicated shuttle service for pier transfers.
