Hotel Lumiere Nishikasai

We contacted the hotel in advance via email to request early parking. The hotel informed us that an additional fee would apply, we understood and were willing to pay the extra fee in order to park earlier. However, when we arrived on that day, we were assisted by a female hotel staff. We informed her about our request and asked for her guidance. Unfortunately her attitude was unfriendly and she refused our request. Even after we showed her the email confirming that we had already get the approval from hotel, she still declined and appeared very impatient. This experience made us feel uncomfortable . We hope the hotel management will take note on this and kindly remind your staff to be more patients especially when dealing with international guests. However the location is good The hotel located just a few minute walk to the Nishi kasai metro station which is very convenient to us. Breakfast was good too.

Perfect for visiting other parts of Tokyo during the day as it is quite close to the train station. So many food places and things to see near the hotel which makes winding down more pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The price-quality ratio is excellent. The location is very convenient — only a 5-minute walk to the метро. There are many convenience stores nearby, which is very helpful. The hotel offers complimentary coffee 24/7, and at the reception you can take any necessary amenities such as skincare products, bath salts, combs, toothbrushes, and toothpaste — everything is thoughtfully provided. When we were checking out, it was raining, and they even had umbrellas available for purchase for just 100 yen — such a nice little detail. House pajamas and slippers were replaced daily. The room was very clean. We stayed in February, and it was slightly drafty near the door, but the heating worked well and made the room comfortable at night. The breakfast was good and filling. They also provide luggage forwarding service to your next destination. The staff helped us fill out all the forms and sent our suitcases to Kyoto — it was very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Excellent service from the staff. The location is slightly far from the city centre as it is more of a neighbourhood area surrounded by parks, apartments, convenience stores, and universities. However, when it comes to supermarkets, shops & eateries, they’re easy to find. I would say Nishikasai is easier to access from Haneda airport? Breakfast was great though it’s repetitive. It’s the same menu daily. However, the freshly-baked croissants are to die for. SO GOOD!!!

Outstanding customer service. The reception desk were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check in and after checking out. Location is near enough to the train station. Not too far to travel out to the main areas like Tokyo station or Ginza station. We enjoyed our room. Everything was clean and new. Breakfast was also included but we didn’t make it in time. I did get to enjoy their free coffee though. Highly recommend this hotel!
