Sunrise Hanoi Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Sunrise Hanoi Hotel! The location is perfect for exploring the city, making it very easy to get around. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and always eager to help with recommendations. The facilities were well-maintained and added great value to the stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious room and bathroom..A/c ineffective from 11am-5pm when temp rise above 38°c and due to large room ..Very old furniture ..Horrible thing about the room is that round shaped bed which is small size to sleep for 2 people having height more than 5feet ..Thanks

We booked for 3 nights. And we expect to have a good rest from 7h trip from sapa to hanoi. We even chose the executive room. But ending so stressed and overwhelmed of the hotel. Worst booking we ever had. We really can’t manage to sleep even the 1st night so we asked the reception if we can cancel the 2 nights left and just pay our 1st night. But they rejected our request. The corridor smells like a dry urine of rat. The toilet in the room so smelly.  It doesn’t feel like the room is properly cleaned or that the bedding and curtains are washed, since you can clearly smell and feel the dust. Justt soo creepy the place. Trash everywhere corridor elevator. So disgusting and disappointing. We just throw our money in just nothing. Please don’t booked this hotel!!! Strongly not recommended.

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The management handled customer concerns poorly and showed little professionalism when trying to resolve issues. The room cleanliness was below acceptable standards, and there were maintenance problems that were not properly addressed at first. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager focused on charging extra fees and arguing rather than helping the guest. Communication was frustrating, and the overall attitude felt disrespectful and unfair.
