Room was clean and extremely spacious, shower had great water pressure as well. Easy to get around from here. Loved my stay here.

The room is big and there are supermarkets and restaurants around, which is very convenient. However, the coffee machine was not clean and the room was not cleaned in time.

I was stressed about staying here after reading so many horrible reviews. But our son had an event at Pepperdine and this was the most affordable nearby hotel. I requested a room away from the freeway noise and front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. I'm glad we stayed and would stay there again.

Horrible experience! I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend this hotel to anyone!! I paid for the room in advance when making the reservation. When I checked in, I provided them a credit card for incidental. Upon check out, they charged my credit card for the stay. I stayed at the hotel for one night, and paid for it twice on 2 different credit cards. It is now 10 days later, and they still ha e not issued a refund on either of my crefit cards. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!
