아직 레오나르도 스타일로 리모델링되지 않아 편의시설은 비교적 오래되었고, 오래된 가구도 그대로 남아 있습니다. 침구와 타월은 깨끗한 상태를 유지하고 있습니다.

부두에 환상적으로 위치해 있습니다. 호텔에는 주차 공간이 있지만 제한적이어서 Gateshead 대학 맞은편 주차장에 주차했습니다. 도보로 약 6분 거리입니다. 솔직히 말해서 호텔 주차장보다 주차하는 것이 더 저렴했고 그렇게 멀지도 않았습니다. 호텔 자체가 멋지게 꾸며져 있고 1층에 있는 바에는 야외 좌석도 있어서 전망을 즐길 수 있습니다. 제가 머물렀던 방에서 보이는 전망은 매우 좋았습니다. 욕실 변기 위 벽에 손자국 얼룩이 몇 개 있는 것을 제외하면 방은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 오래된 얼룩처럼 보였는데 다시 칠하지 않는 한 없어지지 않을 것입니다. 아침 식사는 먹지 않았기 때문에 말씀드릴 수 없지만, 호텔에서 바에서 무료 커피 쿠폰을 제공했고 레스토랑에서 음식 할인도 제공했습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 호텔이고 이 지역에 다시 가게 된다면 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

One of my favourite hotels for a great stay . The rooms are so spacious. Got a beautiful room overlooking the tyne river.

Good location, only 10 minutes walking distance from good restaurants. Very nice bed and shower. Good breakfast as well but the gluten-free options were very very limited.

Modern hotel, located on the Quayside in Gateshead, with views of Newcastle City Centre, The Tyne and the Millennium Bridge. The hotel car park was full on arrival and we had to park at another Car Park five minutes walk away, which the receptionist suggested, at a cost of £5.90 for 12 hours and then extend for a further four hours to avoid a penalty ticket. Suggestion. Perhaps the hotel could negotiate a preferential or discounted rates for their guests! First impressions of the reception and bar areas were favourable. However, things deteriorated after this. The hotel looks tired and needs some investment in the bedrooms. The corridor on the second floor was dirty and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed that day. Rooms were small and basic. A Double and a single bed have been crammed into the room, which didn’t leave a great deal of floor space. Perhaps, this is so they can accommodate coach parties. No safe in the room or even a box of tissues. Bath was chipped, wood surrounding the bath had been replaced at some point, by a five year old child, judging by the quality of the work. Bathroom mirror needed replacing, as the silver reflective coating was flaking. Breakfast buffet was adequate, but not worth the money being charged. Hot food, but no vegetarian options, other than mushrooms or potatoes or remnants of scrambled egg. Not a Four Star experience, despite four stars outside the Main entrance. This was a really good hotel very central to Newcastle quayside with great views. This is worth a stay. Staff were very friendly and polite
