Really nice experience. convenient, clean, friend ly and terrific view. Porch restaurant in the lobby is also excellent. Will choose here again next time.

The television wasn’t working and even though I called twice it was not repaired until the last night of our 3 night stay.

Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was absolutely excellent, very helpful. We got a room with a city view, and it was beautiful. We were there on a VERY busy weekend, so some restaurant item menus were unavailable or sold out, limiting dinner options, but the food from the Porch was very good, and we would absolutely stay there again. One thing to note that wouldn’t hinder a repeat stay is that while there is a pool, there is no hot tub, which would have been something I would have enjoyed. Not often you enter a pool area without a spa, but it is a small pool area, maybe they had no room for it. It was a lovely stay; very comfortable beds/accommodations.

Two days the room did not get cleaned. After drawing this to the attention of the front desk, the room was cleaned.

The pool floor was very dirty with literal dirt so that was yuck to walk on barefoot out of the water. It could be sgueegeed away and some bleach would ideal but it was still fun.

Only complaint is when i booked it said free parking. Then saw a $40 charge for parking on my checkout receipt

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great Staff. Only complaint is that menu is somewhat limited for room service/restaurant.

Did valet but went to drop off my mother and daughter for a volleyball tournament at the expo, came back and couldn’t get into the hotel because of a race that no one had told me about. Had to pay parking for another garage and walk rather than using the skywalk and having access to the hotel which was one of the reasons we picked that hotel. If we had been informed that the street would be completely blocked off we could have made other plans.

Awesome downtown location! Oliver and Hermina were extremely helpfu. Clean and nice rooms! Will definitely stay again!
