Very friendly staff. It is lovely clean and bright

Great little hotel close to beach and old town, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. The small pool is clean but has only a few sun beds. Restaurant was clean and food well presented, we had a few good meals but catered towards Spanish guests.

Superb small 3* hotel. Poniente and levante beaches 5 minutes walk. Great choice breakfast. Cheap bar prices. Local shops bars next to hotel. Clean well maintained. Great fast free wifi. Staff attentive. Get a taxi from airport otherwise 700 metre walk from coach drop offs.

Hotel is situated in the old town which we both prefer and ideal for the beach and the old town shops and bars etc. The staff are very professional and friendly and all speak English and was always helpful if we had any questions. The room we had was modern and the housekeeper cleaned the rooms on a daily basis if needed. The food was lovely and had a big choice to choose from. We feel we came as guests but left as friends. Comfortable beds excellent staff. Couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in an adapted room on the fifth floor. It was perfect for my electric wheelchair. There were ramps even out to the huge balcony. Also there was a lift to the street level which was great. We stayed bed and breakfast and there was a variety of cooked and continental choices. Will visit again.

Hotel was clean & comfortable, location ok for old town, our room backed onto local police station so not very private if you wanted your curtains open, shower very good & powerfull. The food in the restaurant looked nice & well presented however on our first night on having half board basis we were first in to eat we filled our plates up & tucked in omg everything we ate was stone cold we could,nt believe how cold the food was im not a fussy eater but could not bring myself to eat there. We complained to reception staff she said we need to complain to our travel company ( travel republic ) which it is now in there hands as we never ate there at all so we have asked for our board basis money back. Sorry Hotel Brasil but you really need to do something about the food as it is not acceptable to eat hot food which is stone cold really lets your hotel down. We will not stay here again or reccommend to anybody to stay here.
