stayed at Sunland International Hotel in Addisu Gebya in June 2025 and was disappointed by a significant issue with receiving my receipt. On Friday, June 27, I requested my receipt and was told it would be ready, but on Sunday, June 29, I waited over two hours at the front desk with no resolution. The staff cited a printer problem, but no alternative solutions, like a digital or handwritten receipt, were offered despite my follow-ups. This delay was frustrating and inconvenient, especially for business travelers needing documentation. While the hotel’s facilities are decent and some staff are friendly, this experience highlighted poor service coordination. I hope management addresses these operational issues to improve guest experiences.
