We stayed here because it was close to the venue where The Weeknd was performing. Well connected by train, only two stops and a long walk away. The mall makes it convenient for food, shopping and the shows. The lady who checks you in and out is curt at best. No room keys before two and not much food in the area beyond 7/11, Circle K and noodles. No noise but lots of construction.

The location is fantastic! The hotel is very close to the MTR station, making it easy to get around Hong Kong, especially to Kai Tak, which is accessible both by subway and on foot. The room was clean and well maintained. However, there are no windows, so the air conditioning can leave a slight smell if the room hasn’t been aired out for a while. Thankfully, the housekeeping staff already takes care of this by opening the door during daily cleaning. 👌 The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Nothing to complain about there! A couple of minor downsides: the table right in front of the bed is awkwardly positioned, and I kept bumping my feet into it during the night. I also noticed some dust around the shower ventilation and behind some of the heavier furniture. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a great location, excellent staff, and good housekeeping. Just a few small details that could be improved!

The location isn’t bad, but it’s not exactly central. It’s about a five-minute walk to the MTR station. Overall, the hotel is just okay, not great, but acceptable. However, compared to other hotels in Hong Kong, I think this one is pretty good. The room is a decent size, not too small, and the housekeeping staff are especially friendly.

This hotel offers great value for money, with very clean, modern, and bright rooms. For Hong Kong standards, the room was actually quite spacious. The staff are super friendly and helpful. On arrival, I asked if it was possible to get a quiet room on a higher floor with a better view, and Evon went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you, Evon, for the amazing service!

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is the best - 100m away from MTR. Check-in/out process are very fast. The room is clean ans every commodation is match with our expectation.
