Great location at the start of many hiking trails. Room was in need of renovation. Fridge was not very clean. Nice restaurant, coffee bar and convenience store at the reception centre.

We liked the facility overall, though it was very outdated. The staff was friendly & helpful, but the check-in process was timely. The surrounding area is beautiful & the hiking trails are well marked & maintained.

This was a peaceful and pretty park. The room was large and comfortable. We appreciated the coffee and the fridge. It was a nice spot to explore the area.

To be fair I did look back at my four page email confirmation and did see I was informed there was no wi fi. Did not see that. We did not come to Big Sur to surf internet but no access to outside phone calls, weather and maps presented difficult planning logistics.
