I stayed in a 17㎡ twin room, and while the location is convenient, the room design has several practical drawbacks.
The biggest issue is the bathroom. It is extremely small—so small that you can barely turn around without bumping into things. I even ended up knocking myself a few times. The bathtub is also quite high, which makes getting in and out slightly inconvenient. On top of that, the sink tap is shared between handwashing and shower use, meaning you cannot brush your teeth or wash your hands while someone is showering. This setup makes the bathroom strictly single-use, which is frustrating when sharing the room, as you’ll need to wait for each other to finish even basic routines.
Another downside is the lack of storage for clothes. The room only provides two hangers, which is not enough if you have multiple outfits or are staying for more than a short period. It’s best to bring your own hangers if needed.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient. There’s a 7-11 and a supermarket right downstairs, making it easy to pick up food, drinks, or daily necessities at any time.
