The room was very clean and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The lobby on the third floor was spacious, and downstairs was very convenient with many convenience stores and even a fried chicken place. It's super handy that the Airport Express, which I always take, is right at the entrance. This was my first stay, and I'll definitely be back!

Overall, it was very good! The front desk staff could communicate in both English and Chinese, and the environment was quite nice. I wasn't sure how to choose a pillow. I did find an eyelash on a new towel, but that's understandable. There's also a hot water dispenser in the hallway, which is a nice touch.

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. The subway entrance is right nearby, and you can store your luggage for free on the 3rd floor.

We stayed for three nights, and after we left, my child even used a translation app to write a thank-you note to Irene at the front desk. That's how amazing this hotel is in terms of service, quality, and convenience! Truly excellent!

This is my second time choosing this place, and it's still because of its convenience. It's close to Myeongdong, and Seongsu-dong is easily accessible by subway. The hygiene is good, and it's very clean and tidy. The value for money is excellent, and the convenience store next door is also a plus.

Location: It's about a 10-minute walk from DDP, and there are subway stations both in front and behind the hotel, making transportation easy.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right near Dongdaemun, and there's a subway underpass just outside. Last time I stayed, they let me check in early, but this time I had to wait until after 3 PM. The room is quite small, perfect for a solo business trip.
