Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 Bangkok

I really liked the room size and layout. The front desk staff provided excellent service in Chinese, and the wet and dry areas in the bathroom were separated, which I appreciated. This is a hotel I'm very satisfied with and I'll definitely stay here again. The other hotel staff were also great.

The room was spacious and the view from the window was lovely. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of options. Although it's about a 15-minute walk from Thong Lo station, the hotel's tuk-tuk shuttle service was very convenient. There were also convenience stores and many shops nearby, so we didn't encounter any problems.

This was my second stay at this hotel. My last visit was in 2018 when it had just opened, and it was brand new. I remember the service being excellent and the breakfast being particularly lavish. This time, I brought my child for our second stay. The breakfast still offered a wide selection of Japanese dishes, and the Chinese and Thai options were also quite delicious. We stayed for three nights, and the menu never repeated, which I think is one of the hotel's biggest highlights. The second highlight is the Let's Relax massage. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to experience it this trip because I was with my child. However, the in-hotel option is definitely much more upscale than the massage parlors you find on the street, giving it a high-end spa feel. All the other staff members were very friendly and the service was on point.

The room was great, and the front desk staff, who spoke Chinese, were very nice. The sofa bed was a bit narrow for a growing baby, though. The pool water was a little murky, but everything else, like getting around and dining at street-side restaurants, was very convenient. It's perfect for a holiday trip and very quiet, not too noisy. I'd definitely choose a hotel from this brand again if I have the chance.

The sheets were a bit dirty, but everything else was pretty good! The hotel's gym was the most satisfying part, definitely recommended! The guests in this area seemed a bit more upscale than other Sukhumvit areas. There's a shuttle tuk-tuk every 20 minutes to the BTS right outside the hotel. On the 5th floor, there's a chain massage parlor and also hot spring facilities, but it's too hot now; it would be great in winter. There are also many massage parlors across the street. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Although the hotel is not close to the BTS station, they do provide a shuttle service to it. On the 5th floor, there's a Let's Relax spa with massages and hot springs, which is perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, you definitely need to book in advance, as walk-ins often don't get a spot.
