Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel

So happy to be back at Zhuhai Chimelong again! Even after all these years, the room is still clean and bright. The complimentary mini-bar and water station are a nice touch. The dolphins in the dolphin pool are so lively and adorable, actively interacting with guests. Watching the flamingos on Flamingo Island is also incredibly beautiful. Beyond the classic ocean-themed lobby, check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting. The pool and water world offer a wide variety of options and are open all day. The gym equipment is new, and there's even a self-service laundry room. With diverse dining choices like evening tea, afternoon tea, and buffets, plus shuttle buses and boat tours, everything from dining to accommodation and transportation is incredibly convenient. Besides the amusement rides, we absolutely loved the marine animals at the Ocean Kingdom. The newly added Spaceship Park is also fantastic. In addition to the rides, it educates and entertains through various means like pictures and models, conveying knowledge about environmental protection, the ocean, and marine animals. The indoor venues are perfect for rainy days or extreme heat. We had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay!

Five-star rating all around! My stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was truly a great experience. The location is unbeatable. It's close to both Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park. The shuttle buses run frequently, so there's hardly any waiting time. The cleanliness was top-notch. The lobby was clean and spacious. The hallways were bright and spotless. The bathrooms were dry and stain-free. Every nook and cranny of the guest room was tidy. The bedding was fluffy and odorless. The floors were sparkling clean. I felt very comfortable and at ease. The family-friendly facilities were well thought out. The children's slippers were cute and practical, and the kids' toilet seats were hygienic and convenient, making traveling with children much easier. I have to commend the hotel staff. The front desk was efficient; check-in and check-out were super fast. Luggage storage was meticulously arranged. Their response time was also quick, and their attitude was warm and genuine. The concierge proactively informed us about the shuttle bus schedules, which was very helpful. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. There's a dolphin pool in the middle of the restaurant, and my child loved watching the dolphins while eating. The staff there were warm and attentive. The Chinese cuisine was authentic, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The dining offered good value for money. The dolphin pillars in the lobby paired with the large chandeliers created a great visual effect. The Kaka and Qiqi mascots interacted in the lobby, dancing and taking photos with the kids, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. We also managed to catch the summer check-in activities. The parking area was spacious and wide, with plenty of free parking spots, making it convenient and worry-free. The guest room was spacious and comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation. The mattress provided excellent support. The bathrobes were soft and comfortable against the skin, and the toiletries were high-quality. Hot water supply was stable and abundant. The air conditioning was powerful for both heating and cooling, and the internet was stable without any disconnections. Overall, my stay was indeed excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Chimelong in the future.

The hotel's hygiene needs serious improvement. Although they handled the incident proactively, it still left a very uncomfortable impression on guests. During the summer vacation, there were many visitors, and the hotel's water park was divided into several pools, which was a nice experience. The changing rooms also provided free towels, and there were plenty of life vests by the pools.

The hotel itself has good facilities and services, and the breakfast is very rich. There are dolphins outside the restaurant and a fish tank inside. The hotel also has flamingos, a water park, and a convenient shuttle bus to the park. The only downside is the strong musty smell in the rooms. The first room we were given had a strong musty smell from the air conditioning and the duvet. We then switched rooms, which seemed okay at first, but the duvet still had a strong musty smell when we went to sleep. This might be related to the weather. Additionally, check-in was a bit late, and the room wasn't ready until after 4 PM. The lobby had very few chairs or sofas, and no lobby bar. Many guests were sitting on the floor under the pillars to rest, which was hard to understand. It seems these lobby facilities have been replaced by other amenities, leaving no space for guests to sit. Overall, it was still alright.

Just checked out. The parking at Hengqin Bay is super convenient, with plenty of free spaces. This is so important when traveling to Zhuhai with kids – no need to drive around looking for a spot. The shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship World are very frequent, so you barely have to wait. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. Room cleanliness standards are exceptionally high. The front desk concierge was enthusiastic and helpful, the bellhops were great, and the cleaning service was detailed and professional. The room floors and desks were spotless, and toiletries were neatly arranged. The bathroom was clean with no hidden dirty spots. Guests can also enter the park early, which saved us a lot of queueing time for attractions with the kids. The dolphin pillar in the hotel lobby is quite unique. Every day, there are Kaka and Qiqi mascot interactions in the lobby, dancing and taking photos with the children. In the afternoon, I also went to the recreation center for a foot massage. After walking all day, I felt much more relaxed after the massage. It saved a lot of hassle. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Zhuhai.

This is a typical family-friendly resort hotel with excellent service and facilities. Both the check-in and room service were very satisfactory, always accommodating our requests thoughtfully. The butler even helped us arrange adjacent rooms for my friends and me via WeChat in advance, and upgraded our room type. We also extended our stay for an extra night. It's very convenient to get to the Ocean Kingdom, and the room service for meals was also good.

Just checked out, and our stay at Hengqin Bay was truly delightful. We happened to catch their summer stamp-collecting event. My child picked up a brochure in the lobby, and collecting stamps meant we could redeem a woven bag. We ran all over the place, getting stamps at the Water World and Ocean Kingdom. We asked the staff about the locations of other stamp stations, and they were very helpful and patiently gave us directions. When we collected all the stamps and went to the concierge to claim our prize, my child felt incredibly accomplished. We saw the dolphin show at Ocean Kingdom; even my middle schooler enjoyed it. The flyboard show was also quite spectacular—I'd never seen anything like it before. In the evening, you can watch the fireworks show directly from the 18th floor. The view is great, and you don't have to deal with the crowds. The next day, we went to watch it from the ground as well; both perspectives offered different experiences and were definitely worth it. The room was spacious and clean. The blackout curtains made it dark enough to comfortably catch up on sleep even during the day. There were two pillow heights to choose from. The bathroom had stable water pressure and plenty of hot water. They also had a comprehensive selection of children's amenities, though we didn't need them. The breakfast selection was huge and excellent. There's a dolphin tank in the middle of the restaurant, which my child loved watching while eating. Guests can enter the park early, saving us queuing time for rides with the kids. The downstairs shuttle bus makes it convenient to get to Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship Park. Overall, our stay was indeed excellent. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Zhuhai.

Our stay this time was extremely satisfying! I'd like to extend a special thank you to the concierge and the health clinic staff on duty on the evening of July 19th. My child had indigestion after dinner, and after I called the front desk, I was transferred to the health clinic for professional guidance. I was advised to order medication myself through Ele.me. By hotel policy, guests are usually required to pick up their own deliveries. However, once I explained the situation, the concierge immediately dispatched someone to collect the medicine on my behalf and deliver it directly to our room! My child's discomfort quickly subsided after taking the medication. I'm so grateful for your thoughtful and humane service. It left a very deep impression and warm memories!

Waking up to whale sharks gracefully swimming right outside our window felt like living in a blue dream. The hotel's direct, exclusive access to the Ocean Kingdom theme park saved us so much time and effort. Our room was wonderfully whimsical; our child wouldn't let go of the penguin plushie! The seafood buffet was incredibly generous, and dining at the Emperor Penguin restaurant while watching the penguins was an absolutely fantastic experience. The nightly fireworks exploding right outside our window left our whole family in awe. The service was attentive and warm, with complimentary cribs and thoughtful non-slip mats readily available. When we checked out, our child, with teary eyes, declared, 'I want to come again!' – that's probably the best review we could give. A truly magical trip, highly recommended!
