Yunzhen Century Hotel

Water overflowed from the bathroom during use. One reason was the slow drainage, and the other was that the showerhead was facing the bathroom door. After reporting this to the front desk, the housekeeping staff handled it promptly. The service response was great, making for a pleasant overall experience. A small suggestion: adjusting the showerhead holder to a fixed, inward-facing direction could reduce splashing and pooling water. This would keep the floor dry, prevent slips, and further enhance safety for guests.

I stayed here during the Mid-Autumn Festival to visit family. The room was decorated with a strong festive atmosphere and smelled lovely. We also received complimentary mooncakes and fruit. The room was clean, and when I needed to do laundry, the hotel recommended a self-service laundromat. Very good, very good.

The hotel was fantastic and the breakfast had a great variety.

My friend and I stayed at the Century Hotel, and the breakfast restaurant had a lovely atmosphere with very polite staff. There was a wide variety of breakfast items, including many local specialties. My friend and I really enjoyed it, and the restaurant staff even prepared coffee for us to take on the road, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service at Century Hotel is truly heartwarming!

This was my first time passing through Shijiazhuang, and I was genuinely surprised by this hotel. During the May Day holiday, the room rate was around 400 RMB, and it included breakfast. It felt like a suite, or at least had that kind of spaciousness. The in-room facilities were incredibly new. You could tell it was an older five-star hotel, but I was really surprised by how modern and well-maintained everything was. Plus, it had all the amenities you could ask for, like a humidifier and an air purifier. The bedding clearly had a very high thread count, making for a super comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very generous. I'm extremely satisfied!

Chose Yunzhen for our family trip to Shijiazhuang, and the location is truly excellent. Shopping malls and restaurants are all within easy reach, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious enough for us all, no crowding at all. For a city center hotel, the value for money is really impressive. The service was thoughtful; even with kids, checking in was hassle-free. It's a one-stop solution for travel and dining, perfect for family outings. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

Had an excellent stay! The hotel is centrally located, right next to MixC shopping mall and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and elegant, the bedding was comfortable, and the smart amenities really highlighted the quality. The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The heated pool, gym, and other facilities were all excellent, truly showcasing the care and attention to detail you'd expect from a five-star hotel.

I recently stayed at the Cloud Century Hotel, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The dining area was clean, bright, and had plenty of seating. The food stations were well-organized, featuring a full range of Chinese hot dishes, congee, and dim sum. The highlight was the selection of local Hebei specialties—such as Pingquan mutton soup, old tofu, fried rice cakes, and clay-oven sesame bread—which added a wonderful regional touch. Western options like bread, salads, fried eggs, and coffee were also fully stocked to cater to different tastes. The live-cooking station offered freshly made wontons and noodles, and food was replenished quickly, avoiding empty trays for long. The service was attentive, with plates cleared promptly, making for a very comfortable dining pace. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this breakfast is a great way to start your day right.
