Pro Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, very high standard service by the staff clearly well trained in hospitality service. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Victoria who welcomed us upon our arrival and made our check in process a pleasure. She even let us in earlier than usual check in time as our room were ready early. Vey comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting. Good space with sofa and a few small table. Perfect location in the Central station on the first and second floor, so you can just jump from the hotel corridor to be on the ground floor (seriously, don't do this, just take the lift or escalator like a normal sane person:)) Not noisy at all in my room despite next to the train stop. Very well design sound proof room. Breakfast buffet was amazing, good rang of options even for someone like my family that only eat Halal food - various vegetarians and eggs suitable food. Luggage storage free of charge before check in or after checking out to help you enjoy Gothenburg without the need to carry your extra tonne of luggages. Sauna and gym are also available for the customers. Cons None really, for the price tag I think the hotel is perfect.

Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central just exceeded my expectations! From the perfect location to the spotless cleanliness, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities — I couldn’t rate it less than 5. Everything was so well maintained. The room was modern, comfortable, and quiet, with a beautiful view. Breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gothenburg.

great location. delicious breakfast. nice service. it would be perfect if the early check in won't cost SEK 300. However you can work at the lobby, so not a big deal.

We had a pleasant stay. Location is just right in the Central Station. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

This was the most convenient hotel we experienced on our trip abroad, as it is located right above the central train station. Don’t look any further. The staff were nice and accommodating, offering a room upgrade and access to a storage room for our luggage when we arrived early. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of local foods and ingredients, including vegan options. The room was spacious and provided plenty of space, including a bathtub.
