호텔 차터 오토페니

광고에 공항과 호텔 간 셔틀 버스가 있다는 것을 보고 목적지로 가는 길에 하룻밤을 묵었는데, 사실이 아니었고 공항에서 5분 거리에 있는 곳에 도착하기 위해 15유로를 더 지불했습니다. 다음 날 셔틀은 픽업하지 않고 공항에 내려준다고 했지만 24시간 전에 예약해야 합니다. 저는 trip.com 고객 서비스에 연락해서 호텔에 연락하려고 했지만, 호텔에 제공한 전화번호로 연락하려고 했지만 틀렸고 프런트 데스크에 다른 전화번호가 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 보통이었고, 다시 한 번 매우 불친절한 직원에게 8유로를 따로 지불했는데, 그는 제가 지불한 금액인 아침 식사가 포함되어 있다는 것을 완강히 부인했습니다. 그래서 결국 마을의 형편없는 지역에 있는 방에 50파운드를 썼고 직원들은 형편없었습니다. (그날 밤 체크인을 해준 사람만 친절하고 도움이 되는 사람이었습니다.) 전반적으로 가치가 없습니다. 더 나은 곳에 머물렀어야 했습니다. 다른 사람에 대한 연민이나 존중심이 없는 사람들이 왜 그런지 이해할 수 없습니다. 인간은 고객을 상대하는 공공장소에서 일합니다...??? 다른 곳을 찾으세요!!

거기서 하룻밤 자고 다음날 비행기가 출발했는데 모든게 괜찮았어요 침대도 마음에 들었고 엘리베이터도 있고 방도 깨끗했어요

Check in was very easy and the room was spotlessly clean. It was super easy to book the (free) shuttle ride to the airport for the next morning. The beds weren't super comfortable but were reasonable for the price. The amenities likewise, were reasonable for the price -- shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap; kettle, bottled water, small packets of instant coffee. The window opened beautifully to allow fresh air, but you do get the sound of traffic from the road. All in all, it was perfectly acceptable for a one night stay before going to the airport.

Lovely hotel, perfect location. Couldnt use the bathroom as it leaked everytime we flushed the toilet or used the shower. Told reception but nothing could be done so we just used the shower at the spa instead and toilet we just flushed anyway!

Could do with modernisation overall. Good that airport transfer is included.
