My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔

We had a good and comfortable safari tour with Shadadi as our guide. We saw lots of animals: zebras, giraffes, lions, hippos rhino, monkeys, antelopes etc. The landscape of Akagera Park is very beautiful. 100% reccommend.


