Overall, my stay was good. The bed and pillow were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the housekeeping service needs improvement. During my 6-day stay, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. Some rubbish was not picked up, and the empty soap dispenser was not refilled. It seemed that housekeeping only made the bed, replaced towels, and restocked bottled water.
The location was also not ideal. The hotel is situated in an almost abandoned mall, and the surrounding business center appeared inactive and poorly maintained.

The receptionist was very friendly and professional upon my arrival. Checkout was very smooth, and all the staff were always smiling. I’m very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely come back next time.

Spacious room. Breakfast was moderate. However, the window frame / blind was dusty, no shampoo/shower gel refilled, water heater wasn't working, water draining also partially clogged (took more than half an hour to drain out completely).

Booked this hotel for my bosses as they are on business trip to Bintulu. No complaints hence i assumed all is good for someone that has allergy issues. Will book again next time!

Hotel is quiet and centrally located. Basement parking makes it convenient when it rains although the walkway is not fully covered and there is no lift from basement to hotel lobby.
