Nice place to stay

The first time I stayed at Fraser Suites Sydney was last year May 2025 - and it was excellent. Location is well in the centre of everything. Staff were so nice and polite and friendly, always making sure my stay was okay. And so I came back! And yes, this year wasn't different - I still experienced and felt the same friendliness and best service from every staff I met. Fraser Suites will always be in my list of fave hotels when visiting Sydney. Thank you!

Not a 5 star hotel. The housekeeping was quite mediocre. Facilities was not clean. Tried to use the iron and it dirtied my shirt. They tried to compensate me with free laundry but charged my card erroneously instead. It was reversed in the end but this is something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. A least the service recovery was good. Was given free breakfast due to this but the breakfast spread was quite simple akin to airport lounge standards only.

The location is good, 10 minutes walking distance to darling harbor and China Town. Breakfast is ok with good service. I like the Spa pool, very warm. Just the parking is $52 per night which is expensive for the guest.

Exceptional stay from start to finish I had a fantastic stay at the Fraser suites and couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that makes you feel looked after without being overbearing. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything felt calm, luxurious, and well-maintained. The facilities were equally impressive, especially the pool and fitness areas, which were spotless and relaxing. The location is also a huge plus — convenient for getting around while still feeling like a peaceful retreat from the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality options. Overall, the hotel delivers true five-star comfort with outstanding service. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, relaxing, and seamless hotel experience.
