Great location and spacious apartment, but poor housekeeping
We stayed in Room 2209 for 6 nights. The view was unremarkable, but the apartment was spacious and comfortable, with room for an extra bed for our son. The washing machine, dryer, 2 refrigerators and large freezer made it feel like home. The location is 10/10: next to Town Hall Station and Regent Place, with many Japanese and Asian restaurants nearby. Chinatown, Haymarket, QVB and even Circular Quay are within walking distance. The reception staff were also excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately, housekeeping was extremely poor. They usually only remade the bed and changed some towels, repeatedly leaving 2 sets although we were 3 guests. Amenities and tea, coffee were not replenished, the room was sometimes not vacuumed, and the dirty kitchen towel was never replaced. The coffee milk was dated 2025, and I experienced stomach pain after drinking it. I would stay again for the apartment and location, but only if the housekeeping service improves significantly.
