The room was completely different from the one shown in the display images and highly overpriced. The passageway and stairs were extremely narrow. For such a high price, the room lacked basic amenities like chairs and a table. There were no complimentary coffee or tea sachets, only a kettle. Only four water bottles were provided, with additional bottles available for purchase—yet there was no refill station, which discourages sustainable practices by promoting single-use plastic. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very helpful. I would request Trip to do thorough screening of properties and the price they quote.

Booked last minute because our we arrived very early in the morning and we have other hotel reservations. Didn’t really get to use much of the amenities but seemed like a good hotel to stay. Staff was super helpful. We needed a ride to go somewhere and she helped book a taxi and paid her by cash as we weren’t sure how to Xanh app which is similar to Grab.
